How long is the program?
12 months, divided into three phases: Expert-Led Training (Months 1–3), Internship &

The ₹15,000 monthly stipend begins from Day 1 of the program - Month 1, Week 1. There is no

Can I choose my project during the internship and capstone
phases?
Projects are assigned based on your program domain, skill level, and professional
development needs. While participants may express preferences, final project assignments are determined by

What happens if I don't perform well in one of the phases?
Shreeshya's evaluation system is designed to identify gaps early and address them - not
penalize them. If your performance in a phase falls below expectations, your mentor will work with you to

Is the program fully online, offline, or hybrid?

Do I receive an experience letter even if I don't get the PPO?

Can I switch programs after starting?
Program switches after onboarding are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are only
considered under specific circumstances, typically within the first phase of the program. We encourage all
